Abiodun Olawale-Cole is an alumnus of the University of Derby (B.Engr) and University of London (MSC). He is a seasoned strategist and has spent the last 16 years working for some leading global research and strategy firms in the UK and Nigeria. A Sales and Customer Intelligence professional with hands-on experience working with brands to help build their Sales team and simultaneously measure and improve their service offerings to customers.
Under his remit, he has designed sales and customer experience programs for leading brands in UK, Ireland and Middle East such as Mothercare, Homebase, Barclays Bank, Harrods UK, and in the last 8years for brands locally like First Bank, Access Bank, FSDH, Bank of Industry, MTN just to name a few.
Other than helping companies improve their services, Abiodun has also been a Facilitator of numerous Sales Training and guest speaker at Customer Experience events. He has also run numerous training courses for front line staff centered around improvement in their service culture. Other than running training and research programmes at MOC Consulting, he also leads an Aviation technology startup offering a new premium innovative service in Nigeria targeting HNIs.
Abiodun is extremely passionate about building the sales team of organizations for consistent business growth and improvement. especially in Nigeria due to the significant gaps in winning/retaining customers and service delivery across ALL industries.
