Lolu Daniel has a professional career that spans the Research Industry, Human Resource Management, Business Consulting, Event Organization and Recruitment. He has over 15 years of organisational experience in Learning & Development. He is the Head of Learning & Development at MOC Consulting Ltd, where he provides executive leadership for the firm’s Strategic Services. Prior to joining MOC Ltd, he was Head of Business Development/Training at Direct Impact Consulting, where he delivered creative consulting services to improve organizational processes/outputs for public and private sector clients. He was a Research Executive at RMS Africa where he handled projects for multinationals including Diageo Group, Chevron, Friesland Campina Wamco Nigeria and Harris Interactive South Africa.

A graduate of Computer Science & Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Lolu has broadened his knowledge by attending several Leadership and Management courses. He is a professional member of Nigeria Institute of Market Research and Associate Member – Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He also has an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from the London Academy Business School. He holds an MBA Degree (Human Resources Management) with Distinction from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
