Project Management Skills Workshop for Non-Engineers

In the past few decades, organizations have discovered something incredible: the principles that have been used to create enormous successes in large projects can be applied to projects of any size to create amazing success. As a result, many employees are expected to understand project management techniques and how to apply them to projects of any size. As the demand and deliverables in banking services become more complicated and result oriented, a ‘must-have’ skill for those that manage projects or important tasks is Project Management expertise. This enables personnel plan and implement tasks effectively, within budget and on schedule.

The Project Management workshop will give participants a practical overview of the entire project management process, as well as key project management tools that they can use every day in relation to how their office operates. They will learn how to work with project planning documents (needs assessments template, risk management plan, and a communication plan) and this will provide immense benefits.
